Mel Tottoh
Mel is the founder and Managing Director of Arwel Douglas Performance Limited (3 years) and Co-founder and Managing Director of Arwel Douglas Limited (16 years).
He is a talented and impactful change specialist who, over the past 26 years, has focused on working the Senior Executives, Leaders, and teams, in large multi-national and multi-cultural organisations. This has been central to his enduring interest, passion, and desire to make a difference to the performance of businesses and creating great places for their people to work. He does this by working with the diversity and complexities of organisational life and enhancing leadership impact in service of improved business, team, and individual performance.
Alison
Alison supports individuals, teams and organisations to help them achieve superior levels of performance in the ever-changing business world. She does this in her work as a coach and facilitator of individuals and teams across a range of business sectors.
Clare
Clare has a Masters in Occupational Psychology and over 26 years’ experience working in the enhancement of business performance at organisational, team and individual levels. Clare works at all levels, from senior executive to middle management.
Martin
Martin has over 20 years’ experience as a management and change consultant, an executive/career coach, a senior leadership team facilitator, and an interpersonal skills trainer. Prior to this he worked as an executive in the Defence and Aerospace industry. This led to leadership roles relating to change management, organisation effectiveness, and team and leadership development.
Jonty
Jonty is a Chartered Psychologist (UK) who has worked in Business for over twenty-five years. He is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and works in both the UK and Sweden.
He offers a range of services to help improve the recruitment and development of staff working in many different kinds of organisations. He has worked with groups and individuals at all levels of seniority from team leaders to board members.
